Flexibility in schedule and location, respect for life outside of work, painless interview process, above average pay and benefits, and most importantly the best coworkers!

Cons

Nothing in particular. Fast growing start up, so be prepared to wear many hats and learn something new every week.

Having worked at multiple top companies, RocketReach by far has had the best onboarding and team oriented environment. Even being remote, the team goes out of their way to ensure that you're taken care of and feel welcomed. Everyone is accessible and super supportive. The company values are also very real, not just for marketing/branding purposes like many other places

Cons

I missed the team retreat by two weeks... :(
