Pros
--relaxed atmosphere, didn't have to do a million sales pitches or coerce people into buying a credit card like at some other retail places --some nice customers/regulars and coworkers --good deals on shoes and attained knowledge about foot health and types of shoes --very flexible in terms of scheduling --good starter position
Cons
--sometimes felt like a men's club, not many women in the higher positions --younger people weren't being trained the same or sometimes didn't take the work seriously --not much room for growth
