Very flexible with scheduling. Very nice people to work with. Fun environment. Great started job or for someone looking to make a little extra.

Cons

Some slow times with sales so if you are a person that requires constant movement this may not be the place for you.

Sometimes it is difficult to advance to a higher status in the company since so many positions require you to be full time.

Pros

Very flexible scheduling- great for students (high school or college). Holiday bonus of half off a pair of shoes in store. Friendly and relaxed environment. Managers will teach you a lot about customer service and answer any questions at any time that you have about your job.

Cons

Started at minimum wage, only had one raise in 2 years. No chances to move up unless a key-holder left (similar to all retail positions)
