-Flexible Schedule -Simple Tasks -Easy to learn about product -Relaxed Atmosphere -Employees were helpful at training -Owners are very hands on -Decent at pleasing the customer

Cons

-Very Disorganized store -Management was not the best -Owners are extremely stuck in their ways -Sometimes transferring shoes to different stores (which bewilders me how they mess that up) -employees aren't very excited about the job

Working at Rogan's allows you a very flexible schedule so that you have great work-life balance. The managers are easy to get along with and do a good job.

Cons

The pay is very low and you are not offered raises very often. You are lucky to get a raise once every 1-2 years and it is a small raise.
