Pros

Working at Rogan's allows you a very flexible schedule so that you have great work-life balance. The managers are easy to get along with and do a good job.

Cons

The pay is very low and you are not offered raises very often. You are lucky to get a raise once every 1-2 years and it is a small raise.

good company, great family, flexible hours, decent pay, this is a great place for an entry level employee, maybe a first job or a high school student.

Cons

they deserve zero cons. this job is what it is, a entry level job and it will not support you comfortable but if you are in college or need a part time job this is the place to be.
