Pros
If you're looking for a part-time job with lots of flexibility in the schedule, then this is the place to be. I worked here for a few years and it was ideal, especially while being in school. It's a family business, so you get to know the owners personally, and they treat their employees well.
Cons
Management can make or break the morale at the store. I went through a few management changes and you could see the shift in the culture. Some wanted quality work out of the staff, others stirred up unnecessary drama. If you go there to work and have a positive attitude, you'll be golden.
