Pros

Everybody (colleagues & team managers) is kind & helpful. Work-life balance is good: reasonable deadlines, decent workload. Working conditions are good in the office (spacious rooms, big desks, buildings in good locations). The "hybrid" policy is reasonable and team managers are understanding in special situations.

Cons

At least in some sub-divisions of the company (Eg. Lancom, CyberSecurity) products are poorly managed, not marketed & sold efficiently, and thus not making enough money. Because of this, several innovative products which could've gotten better results ended up being discontinued.
