World recognized reputation; lots of very skilled engineers and technicians (you can learn a lot working with them); almost impossible to get fired; you can easily balance work and personal life.

Cons

No career path; no incentive or recognition for further education; no feedback or recognition about your job; poor salaries; no objective goals or bonuses.

Pros

Big company, salary is good. Every one is treated as familiy. Once passed probation, never get fired.

Cons

Working pace is slow. More opportunities are given to people that stayed in compnay for longer time than new ones; even new staffs have more working experience.

At this company, you really get to pursue what you are good at. Ideas and suggestions from employees are really heard, The management team is open to new ideas, and we are growing fast and have done really well over the past few years. This allows them to invest in growth areas, products, etc. My colleagues are really fun and everyone seems happy to work here. Awesome benefits.

Cons

They company is light on processes and policies. This can be a good thing, but they could improve in that area.
