-low salary compared to market -no career progression -management make redundant position by expand team in Cheap Labour Countries, Asked you to leverage knowledge to the overseas team and then firing the redundant team in expensive countries just to talking and post about hire & fire is not their culture and job security & sustainability is what their promise in LinkedIn! (Great Joke).
