      Employees are valued, technology used is cutting edge and varied, compensation is good and includes company shares, company is growing quickly and profitable, great company values.

      Cons

      Steep learning curve to get up to speed with the technology.

      A fantastic place to work

      Pros

      I've been in the Sydney office for a year and Rokt has consistently been an exciting and fulfilling place to work. A start up, there is a high focus on getting jobs done, rather than being bogged down with processes. The culture is fantastic, and it's satisfying to be working with so many smart people

      Cons

      No major downsides, but as the company expands it needs to focus on maintaining the current culture
