      Company is growing exponentially. As they grow, they are deliberate about fostering a vibrant work environment to cultivate an engaged workforce. You are expected to take ownership which enables huge growth opportunity. Smart leadership sharing a clear mission and vision.

      A fantastic place to work

      Pros

      I've been in the Sydney office for a year and Rokt has consistently been an exciting and fulfilling place to work. A start up, there is a high focus on getting jobs done, rather than being bogged down with processes. The culture is fantastic, and it's satisfying to be working with so many smart people

      Cons

      No major downsides, but as the company expands it needs to focus on maintaining the current culture
