      Positive disruptor in the advertising and ecommerce industry

      Pros

      Lots of passion in the business, attracting great talent with a wealth of experience and putting more focus on investing in employees. Great opportunities to collaborate and learn with teams meeting up multiple times a year across the globe. Transparent with what's going on in the business with company-wide updates via multiple communication channels. Regular video conferences between departments or as a whole company. Progressive martech that can help ecommerce brands can solve business problems with the customer at the centre and enables advertisers to acquire new customers at scale and with consent. Staff should be proud to work for a company that has these values and the technology and colleagues to deliver on it.

      Cons

      Start-up culture can often be full-on and fast paced with staff having to go above and beyond. Work hard and play hard, some might say. There are challenges with time zones and some personal sacrifices occur with travel between countries. Keep the fun culture, but work smarter and also support a better work-life balance and well-being.

      Great team & opportunity for growth

      Pros

      The team is very welcoming and all pull together to achieve the company objectives. There is a lot of growth potential and everyone in the company buys in to that opportunity. A lot of fun in the office, but also a good focus on career development with budgets for staff training. A very strong leadership team makes this a great place to grow and learn from some of the best in the business.

      Cons

      Processes and structures are still developing as the company grows, which requires employees to show resilience and a comfort with an ever-changing, dynamic environment to be successful.

      ROKT on track!

      Pros

      Working in ROKT is most certainly a breath of fresh air. Having worked for a number of sizeable companies in the past, joining this company was definitely a 'risk' for me, and is one I am glad I took. The experience has certainly changed my earlier concept of start-up companies. I will need more space to list the plus points that I have experienced personally, but more specific ones are: +Clear development plan (right from Day 1), +Specific and realistic goals (So you know where you are headed on Day X) +ROKT is growing fast, and so does its employees (Or maybe I should call us - partners for growth) +NO office politics (In the corporate world, this seems inevitable, but this is non-existent in ROKT)

      Cons

      -There is honestly not one that is worth mentioning. it all boils down to one's expectations, I guess.
