      Pros

      fast moving company. Good for people who are very proactive about their careers and those who are good at creating visibility, and marketing themselves internally.

      Cons

      If you are not good at marketing yourself, you will produce high quality work but not be adequately compensated for it. Unless you are really putting in extra hours, it will be difficult to standout amongst other high achievers.

      Pros

      Fast growth tech company with high quality ML team in Sydney responsible for driving customer relevancy across billions of ecommerce transactions each year. This presents plenty of opportunities to work on challenging data science / ML problems at scale. Salaries and benefits are generous including all team members participating in company stock plan.

      Cons

      More senior roles need to invest regular time collaborating with colleagues in NY resulting in early morning meetings and regular travel.

      Pros

      Rokt has a strong growth mindset and an amazing engineering culture. There are plenty of opportunities to grow your skills and take on new challenges. The interview process was very smooth — the recruiter maintained clear communication and moved quickly between rounds. Feedback was timely and helpful. After receiving my offer, the company gave me enough time and space to make my decision, which I really appreciated.

      Cons

      The only downside is the in-office requirement — currently four days a week. It would be great to see a bit more flexibility for remote work.
