      -Rokt has really smart and driven employees who are passionate about what they do. -Awesome benefits and catered lunch -Great office location -My manager truly cares about me succeeding and growing

      Things are constantly changing but that’s to be expected in start ups

      Perfect fit for those looking for a high-paced startup

      Pros

      You'll get a chance to work with some of the smartest people in the industry who truly care about the work they're doing. Great benefits & office (catered lunches, monthly wellness & telephone stipend, $5k yearly allowance for self-driven learning & development expenses). Given the fast pace & push towards IPO, there are always new problems to solve & projects to push forward - which gives employees great opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      The pace of work can be exhausting & managing timezones is challenging with office locations on opposite sides of the planet - but for me and what I'm looking for, this doesn't outweigh the pros
