      They have a cool annual off-site

      -cofounders micromanage decisions that they don't need to be a part of -company that treats employees like pawns -no accountability for unprofessional managers -rash decisions around layoffs that make no sense -cult-like vibes

      Pros

      Working at Rokt has been one of the most energizing stretches of my career. The company sets big, ambitious goals and, crucially, gives you the freedom to decide how to reach it. Every project feels like it contributes to the bigger vision. Colleagues are extremely sharp and generous with what they know, so you level‑up almost by osmosis. Pay and equity are competitive, and the little extras (catered lunch, a wellness stipend) are nice too. Career growth is transparent, my manager spells out what “next” looks like and nudges me towards it. If you like building in a fast paced environment, you’ll thrive here.

      The need to keep up a fast pace and continually level yourself up can be tiring if you prefer a slower rhythm.

      -Work with word-class colleagues who are highly dedicated -Have access to and training on basically every AI tool available and a culture of experimentation and a "win or learn" mindset. -Proven and successful customer proposition

      -Very high bar for performance -A lot of change -- teams reorganized, AI disruptions, managers change -- you need to be very comfortable with change and uncertainty. -Sometimes speed with which we move is breakneck -- exciting but can lead to mistakes
