      Pros

      Rokt is a great place to work and provides a ton of opportunities to succeed and grow, for those who work hard. GTM teams and RPD team work closely together to solve customer problems - the culture is very collaborative. The company is also above standards with pay and benefits. I would recommend this company to anyone who thrives in a fast paced company, likes to build connections in person, and wants to make an impact.

      Try not to move desks so much.

      Pros

      Rokt has been a massive career growth booster for me. I’ve learned so much in my time here, and I’ve had the chance to tackle some pretty tough challenges. I’m surrounded by some seriously smart colleagues. It's an exciting time to be here with the company heading toward an IPO. I feel like my work is recognized and appreciated. The office spaces are amazing and benefits are world-class.

      Rokt is a high performance environment, which is not for everyone. The expectations are high.

      Rokt provides huge career growth opportunity no matter what your background is. It’s a rigorous hiring process, which helps maintain a very positive, fast paced, “builder” culture. Kind and empathetic people who will push you to be your best.

      Cons

      You’ll work some long hours, but in a high growth business that is to be expected. This is how you can grow your career faster than any other place I’ve seen.
