      Pros

      Competitive comp and benefits, smart/humble employees, unlimited professional growth opportunities, approachable senior leadership. On the G&A side - I have consistently had great leaders that have accelerated my development during my time here

      Cons

      Intense and fast paced with a high rate of organizational change - while I would recommend Rokt as a great place to work, I wouldn't recommend it blankly to everyone for those reasons. There have been many highs and lows over my 4+ year tenure, but I do not regret a second of it as it has completely changed the trajectory of my career.
