      Pros

      - Really enjoy working with co-workers - Engineering problems are at a scale and complexity that is very interesting - A good size where an individual contributor can still make material impacts on the business, and scale is a material consideration. - Fast pace to keep the business growing at ~40% / year means lots of opportunities for growth -Great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      - Engineering calls while Sydney office is online can stretch out work day to late hours. - Fast paced environment can be uncomfortable for some and is not for everyone - On-call rotations lead to deeper service mastery, but occasional wake-up pages - Management can make big pivots with poor initial explanations

      Pros

      I can't speak for departments outside of product development, but the coworkers are excellent, and the talent bar is high. There's generally good autonomy to get things done, and the organization is fairly flat. Senior engineering leadership actively responds to upward feedback, and we also have catered lunches.

      Cons

      The constant change and rapid pace can feel overwhelming at times, making it difficult to finish projects and show clear impact. Burnout can be a real risk if you don't manage your work-life balance properly. The sub-level structure and performance review process can slow down promotions. It may not be the best fit for everyone.
