Pros

I can't speak for departments outside of product development, but the coworkers are excellent, and the talent bar is high. There's generally good autonomy to get things done, and the organization is fairly flat. Senior engineering leadership actively responds to upward feedback, and we also have catered lunches.

Cons

The constant change and rapid pace can feel overwhelming at times, making it difficult to finish projects and show clear impact. Burnout can be a real risk if you don't manage your work-life balance properly. The sub-level structure and performance review process can slow down promotions. It may not be the best fit for everyone.
