Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on working at Rokt. We completely agree about our team of Rokt’stars, they are one of a kind! You are right that Rokt invests heavily in employees. We understand the importance of ongoing development for individuals, and how that impacts our overall success as a business. We know we can improve in this space - as you have highlighted, in onboarding and management training in particular - and our People team is working on building this out to set our team members up for success in their roles. While we don’t deny that we are a fast paced business, it’s concerning that you call out balance as a problem. We have a great PTO package, a wellbeing allowance and other benefits to support you, so please speak with your manager to see how we can help. With one of our core values being to Conquer New Frontiers, it’s surprising to hear that you feel new ideas are not welcomed. We love it when our teams try new things and push themselves out of their comfort zone. It’s where the magic happens!
