I've been at Rokt for a few years now and have seen it change quite a bit over that time as the company is growing at a rapid pace. The best thing about working here is being able to be a part of that change. The experience you'll get here is unlike anywhere else because you'll be thrown into new challenges and directions (a lot), all of which will only help you to learn and grow faster. Rokt can be a tough place to work, that is true because the work we're doing and what we're solving is not easy and we don't always have the answers, but it is absolutely rewarding. Working with customers and solving problems for them that no other company can is really exciting. The people here are also some of the smartest people I've ever worked with. Every level of employee here has something to add and surrounding yourself with smart people will again challenge you, but also improve how you approach and solve problems.
