Rokt has been a massive career growth booster for me. I’ve learned so much in my time here, and I’ve had the chance to tackle some pretty tough challenges. I’m surrounded by some seriously smart colleagues. It's an exciting time to be here with the company heading toward an IPO. I feel like my work is recognized and appreciated. The office spaces are amazing and benefits are world-class.

Cons

Rokt is a high performance environment, which is not for everyone. The expectations are high.

- High growth (40%+ Y/Y) and profitable in a hyper-growth category. Ton of upside and potential for company & professional growth - Smart, hardworking people with a real focus on individual autonomy and building - Strong values that are consistently reinforced and people really live by. Culture may not be for everyone but what you see is what you get. - Huge investments in people through events, food, etc. - Has and maintains high standards

Cons

- Constantly changing. Comes with the territory of hyper-growth but can be a lot to process and navigate. - Category & product value prop can be a little confusing at first to potential clients & partners.
