      Pros

      Rokt moves quickly, and there’s always something new to learn. You get a lot of responsibility early on, which makes it a great place to grow. The people are smart, supportive, and fun to work with, and the perks/benefits makes it a really awesome place.

      Cons

      It can be intense at times. Things change fast, so you have to be flexible and okay with some uncertainty.

      Pros

      The people at Rokt are genuinely supportive and want you to succeed. It’s fast paced, but I’ve never felt like I was on my own. From the very beginning, I was trusted to take ownership of projects and contribute my ideas and suggestions, while also having the support of my team to lean on whenever I was unsure of the next steps. There's a culture of useful feedback and celebration of wins. Company-wide events are super fun and you're surrounded with great people! It's so refreshing working on a team with smart, pro-active, and interesting team members!

      Cons

      With so much going on, priorities can shift quickly and you have to be comfortable with change.

      Pros

      --Fast-paced work environment, you won't be bored --Plenty of growth opportunities, I've seen many people accelerate their careers much quicker here than other startups, and certainly faster than big tech --High-caliber employees, great teammates, and leadership --Really excellent benefits, fully paid health insurance, 401k match, and resources for career development including exec coaching are a few --Great HQ in NYC with delicious lunch, snacks etc

      Cons

      --Four days in office, obviously there is some flexibility as needed, but if you want to be fully remote this is not it --Comms culture is heavy on GChat which can be overwhelming at times
