      - Incredible growth opportunity; Rokt has no direct competition and is solving a problem with massive potential. If you're interested in staying outside of your comfort zone and being challenged constantly, this is the place to be. - Fun and engaging work environment. I genuinely enjoy coming into work each and every day and being surrounded by such an intelligent group of people. - While everyone takes their work seriously, the company truly lives its values, one of which is to 'enjoy the ride.' Spending a week together at EOQ in Australia is just one example of how much the company values its people and its culture.

      Cons

      - Work/life balance can be tricky to manage. There will always be more to do, so making sure to take time for yourself is crucial

      Pros

      Aside from the amazing product, the culture that this company embodies is like no other I have been a part of, it is truly amazing. The interview process in itself was the most genuine and comfortable interview process I have been through in my career. It shows the emphasis they put on the people. From a sales perspective, there is so much opportunity for growth within the organization. And they actually WANT you to grow and WANT you to make more money. I've been apart of some of the top-rated startups in NYC, and ROKT 100% takes the cake. I am genuinely happy here and am passionate about what I'm doing and the impact I want to have on the business. Can one ask for more than that? Beautiful office, great perks, amazing rooftop, and even better people.

      Need more dogs in the office!!!!

      Have ambitious growth goals - need to give their employees more management and better training on how to achieve.

We do have ambitious growth goals, but we also care about people accessing the training they need or want to develop as professionals. We have a training policy that allows all staff a generous amount for any relevant external training you and your manager think will be of benefit to you. This is to encourage all our staff to keep their own development top of mind and ensure growth throughout their ROKT lives - we hope you'll enjoy taking advantage of this. Of course, this should be done in conjunction with day-to-day coaching from your manager, and we work closely with our people managers to ensure that this is being done. Thank you for your review!
