      Pros

      The management is very competent and focuses on quality rather than speed and quantity. Plus, they offer clear guidance – no guessing what the priorities are. There’s a lot of variety in the role, so I’m not stuck doing the same all day. Thanks to effective collaboration between analytics, ops, and product teams I have lots of opportunities to learn new things across different areas.
