Firstly the recruitment process was great. The HR/People team kept me in the loop throughout my recruitment process. Scheduling next rounds and providing information was seamless from their end. My onboarding was seamless as well. Everybody in the company welcomed me with a warm gesture and made me feel comfortable. There is a lot to hustle and learn here at Rokt. Each day you will have different things to work towards and accomplish them. Not to forget the benefits are very fascinating. PTOs, Company shutdowns(holiday for 2 weeks), All staff trip abroad, office provided catered lunch, health insurance, etc etc and the list goes on. The Ex-co members are accessible and available to talk to when you need them. People leaders are all very supportive. A great workplace with a bright vision.

None so far except that I should have joined Rokt a little earlier.
