      Pros

      - Learn from and be supported by smart people - The company is in hyper-growth mode, which comes with a lot of new experiences and intellectually challenging problems to solve - Great culture underpinned by accountability, having fun, and getting things done - Excited to see where the company is going and building for the e-commerce industry

      Cons

      - Similar to any high growth company, the pace of change is pretty quick, which can be unnerving - Half the company is located in APAC so it could be hard to switch off from work

No egos - Significant investment in people through training, development, regional and global events - Fast growing company, which presents opportunities to grow in your role and move between locations and/or functions - Attractive benefits package including stock, 3 x weekly meals in the office and generous leave, social, training and tech allowances

      - Working across timezones between New York and Sydney can be challenging for roles with team members / customers in the other location - Fast growth means there is also a lot of change
