      Work life balance difficult with product tech people in Australia (but they are working on this)

      A great place to do your best work

      Pros

      Very smart employee base, built by the interview process and you can see it in the quality. Very open and transparent compensation and . I have personally seen the executive team and management open up to making directional mistakes and pivot. Senior management understand the company is still in hyper growth mode and have a willingness to learn and pivot, while still challenging. They take the people side of the business seriously - employee handbook, career ladder, reviews, behavior/attitude. All the "little thing" perks (food, cool office, company getaways, etc) are really great. Product is strong but they recognize risk and continuously looking to expand.

      Cons

      Rokt works differently, most of this is good/thoughtful but it can take a bit to understand how things get done and how to effect/impact change. It is more of a thoughtful memo culture aka lightning rods and a lot of internal terms and ways to address/approach the business that it takes a while to learn. There is a perception, due to the success, that selling is easy.

      - Lots of benefits, catered lunch, learning allowance, wellness benefits, tech allowance, wellness days, remote work. - Transparency in salary and career development within the company - Yearly event where all employees travel to a location and party and socialise (pre-covid)

      Cons

      - pressure to meet targets, high turnover at end of each quarter - 'party' culture, hard to be an introvert and excel.
