At the corporate level, Rollins is highly focused on prioritizing customer satisfaction in its support of other brands. They have recently renovated their offices while still maintaining hybrid schedules. Furthermore, they have increased the number of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and are striving to offer more competitive salaries to attract new talent with innovative ideas.

Cons

Bonuses are not offered at the management level, and some departments operate with a lean structure and very high expectations. Some leaders find it challenging to facilitate open communication.

Pros

Not too much. Old fashioned culture. If you like comfort this is for you. If you are on last leg of your career, go for it.

Cons

-Bad benefits -Management are ruthless. They made a public display of laying off 50+ ppl who had deep experience with the company. - No career path. No really growth opportunities. You have to do your time elsewhere to get a senior or management position here

Rollins is actively working on modernizing our culture, enhancing benefits, and creating more growth opportunities across the company. Unfortunately, we have had some turnover last year due to some organizational changes, however, that is not the norm with our company, as most of our employees have quite a long tenure with us 5, 10 years and beyond. We also value transparency and recognize the importance of supporting our team members through every stage of their careers and therefore we have implemented "Town Hall" meetings on a regular basis so we can get a better understanding of how our employees are feeling as we continue to build a positive work environment.
