Pros

The other places I got to learn at were great

Cons

When asking for help, was told I'd already gotten all i needed, figure it out. Considering I needed to make my money by commissions, not a fair answer. And, not letting you know until 6 weeks in, btw, you're working 2 Saturdays a month.

Pros

The company is in an exciting phase of growth and transformation, which brings a lot of opportunity. Leadership is forward-thinking and genuinely committed to improvement, both at the organizational and employee level. There’s a strong focus on innovation, transparency, and collaboration. The evolving structure is opening up new career paths, and employees are encouraged to contribute ideas and take initiative. The culture is dynamic, supportive, and driven by a shared vision for long-term success.

Cons

The company is going through a lot of exciting and positive changes, but with that comes a few growing challenges. The pace of transformation can be fast, which might feel overwhelming at times as teams adjust to new systems and structures. There have been occasional miscommunications or temporary inefficiencies, which are understandable during a period of rapid growth. Priorities can shift as the company evolves, so adaptability is key. Additionally, roles and responsibilities may not always be immediately clear as teams reorganize to support the bigger vision—but leadership is working to improve this.
