Pros

I interned at Rollins head quarters and people are very friendly and approachable. Lots of chances to interact with leaders and learn from them.

Cons

Dress code is out of the 80s. Women still required to wear hose and men must wear ties 5 days a week. Stifling in the middle of summer and completely out of touch with what interns at other companies are expected to wear. Very male dominated.

Good Internship Experience, but...

Pros

The internship program is very good. It allows you to interact with Senior Executives and learn a lot.

Cons

Internship experience was good, however, the company is not a place for full-time young professionals, once it has a very conservative atmosphere, with almost zero chance of growth.

Pros

The customers are the best. Knowing that you're helping in some cases to save headaches is a great thing.

Cons

I don't really care to much for inspecting under houses or in attics. A CrawlSpace is not the best place to be especially if you love being thorough bc you have high moral and character. Ppl trust that you're doing a full inspection not just trying to sale them.
