      Pros

      Basically your own boss, lots of freedom, meeting new people. Management was very good, training was great also.

      Cons

      Long hours, pay wasn't enough to compensate for this. Even when you were finished with your daily route, you still had to work from home. Also, they sugar coat how much money you can make off commission but don't tell you how long it will take to actually start making commission.
