Pros
Rollins is an excellent company!! I was able to come in and learn so much. One of the awesome things is how available all levels of management are. I have had such great time here during my short ten weeks here.
Cons
They are actively trying to fix the things that I have seen as cons such as being behind in technology and lacking in millennials.
