Pros

Rolls-Royce provides a challenging career, delivers excellence, offers numerous career opportunities, employs good people and provides stable employment.

Cons

Medical benefits are constantly dimenishing, much like other industries. The cost of healthcare is a national issue, but i would expect large companies such as RR to offer better medical benefits than other companies. Original benefits packages a decade ago were competitive, they have dimenished over the years.

Pros

Challenging work Lots of opportunity Smart people (salary employees) RR offers lots of challenging work with room to grow for those with the gumption. Lots of resources available for work and initiatives.

Cons

The attitude of most of the union employees (as well as some salary employees) is one of detached entitlement. Most of the salary employees want to move forward efficiently and productively while the majority of the union employees hamstring efforts with the same, tired union politics and shenanigans.
