      It's a manufacturing company in seletar. Interested n engine build. Lots of courses and training. Good for a freshman to join the company.

      Cons

      Slow in making decision. 1 way communication. No career progression. Can remain stagnant.

      Pros

      Very fully-fledged capability in all supporting functions, infinite opportunities to branch out, huge global mobility options (Singapore, Norway, US etc). Lots of opportunities to grow and excel.

      Cons

      Can be a little slow due to its size and very process-heavy, being an engineering company.
