Blue chip British company world renowned for engineering excellence where employees are given opportunity to develop state of the art and work at the forefront of emerging technology with excellent potential for career progression and development

Cons

Financial performance choked by bloated mid management hierarchy, at times delapidated buildings and IT systems and inefficient business processes. New Product development timescales slow. Often over complicates or reproduces bespoke solutions when existing off the shelf solutions to problems exist externally.

Gives great opportunity to within the employee sector. Always has something for you to get involved in its continuous excitement for you.

Cons

Keeps you on your feet although that is good for you. Personally the commute to and forth was difficult due to the whereabouts of the building.
