      Really good technical environment, structured graduate program, exciting projects, lot to learn and develop, choose the areas you want to work in.

      Slightly slower pace of work due to legacy and history, fierce focus on cost cutting, industry and market fluctuations very strong at the moment

      overseas internship in Manufacturing Technology department, Derby, UK. got to see a lot of on the ground work of the engines in various facilities. broad exposure and helpful supervisors who were patient in guidance.
