      Paissionate Company but.....too political

      Pros

      Good company to work and learn about new technologies. Lot of opportunities to change experiences with other site globally speaking. The company offer a very good e-learning tool for all employees.

      Cons

      Due to a lot of business to the public sectors and to avoid midia spotlight many of the company decisions are taken based on the political reassons which sometimes is not the best one to the company.

      Exciting projects with cutting edge technology to contribute to Great work to life balance - good holiday entitlement and good pay for engineering Good development opportunities

      Cons

      Unfortunate management disconnect to grass roots creates crazy decisions which get filtered down and then must be dealt with. Rishton has made life significantly worse to work there as an engineer but hopefully the following CEO who is a trained engineer will sort out the mess that currently exists.
