Good salary and benefits. Vacation time and holidays are better than at other sites. Lots of hands on work to do.

Cons

Forced ranking, no clear definition of company's direction, severe micromanagement, no accountability for those that can over rule.

Pros

Pride in the company name and over 100 year history.

Cons

Commercial marine is run from office in Houston. Was great place to work until 3years ago when an ex Wartsilla group came in. Since then numerous ethics and moral issues have developed. People are working in fear of reprisals if anything is reported internally.
