Pros

Great product, great people, brilliant graduate scheme

Cons

slow progression, engineered to create a 2-tear system with leadership graduates in the high potential pool and all others, very difficult to break the barrier

Pros

Good work-life balance. Equally good career path if you know the right people. Former interns get put through to leadership program directly. Above market pay. People think company build luxury cars. A lot of travel budget to fly to UK. A lot of team-building meetings and one-to-one sessions. Flexible working hours. Can go gym anytime

Cons

A lot of manual work. Poor IT tools. Little support from UK. Accountability and responsibility are different things. Strategy sometimes dont make sense. Senior management not always present. Middle management play politics. Stupid meetings about table neatness . A lot of frustration and turnover.
