Pros

Good engineering and good culture and work-life balance. Strong focus on product safety, much better than I've seen elsewhere.

Cons

Some absolutely ancient (pre 2000s) IT systems and processes holding back engineers.

A positive culture, strong focus on safety and a healthy work–life balance are all things we really care about, so it’s good to see those reflected here. We know some processes and systems can feel outdated, and there’s always more we can do to improve. Our focus is on keeping things simple and continuing to find better ways of working so people can do their best work.

Pros

Brand name Cab Facility Good Ambiance Looks good when you say where you work

Cons

Lack of good leaders UK counterparts don’t want to lose the job to Indian colleagues so they will make your life hell. They Wont support you during transition and will escalate on everything. You will feel like you’re living a pre-independence life where Britishers are your lord and you have to do whatever they say. DO NOT EXPECT ANY SUPPORT FROM YOUR LEADERS CAUSE THEY WONT INSTEAD THEY WILL BURDEN YOU WITH WORK AND SUCK THE SOUL OUT OF YOU. DO NOT JOIN

We want Rolls-Royce to be a place where colleagues feel respected, supported and able to do their best work, and it’s disappointing to hear that isn’t how your experience feels. Leadership and culture play a key role in how people experience work day-to-day, and feedback like this helps us understand where that experience isn’t landing as intended.
