      Job security, sick pay. Nothing else

      Cons

      The people running the place have no planning skills an no compassion for the employees. The site is in the middle of nowhere so you need to drive, but they are building over all of the car parks and expecting people to park the other side of Derby and get a bus to the site. This is all I. Your own time so there's now an additional galf hour added to the commute- that's time you aren't compensated for.
