Not the company it once was. They’ve let a lot of people go. Departments are understaffed, everyone is worried about losing their jobs, everyone is underpaid and no one enjoys their job. Coworkers are not friendly to each other at all. Toxic.

For all the talk of equality, employees are not treated justly across the organization. Lots of exceptions are made and poor performing “managers” are just recycled from one role to the next.
