      Great work-life balance with opportunity to move across functions given the focus on developing your career. Leadership is relaxed and easy-going, while supportive toward team and individual goals.

      Cons

      Slow-paced environment with lagging results, mainly due to the nature of the aerospace industry. Leadership does very little in breaking down process barriers for roles that execute daily tasks.
