Pros

Agile working environment, modern building and located in downtown.

Cons

Can seem to be bit of a boys club, and North America operations are seen as the step-child of the mothership HQ based out of the UK. Promotions are sometimes based on who you-know, referring back to boys-club culture. Things do not move fast at this company.

Pros

Great learning experience. Work was directly related to material covered in school. Work/life balance was really good. Plenty of networking and additional ways to get involved with the company as a co-op.

Cons

HR was very difficult to deal with on most occasions. It would occasionally take months to resolve simple issues.
