A key step forward would be introducing a more structured governance model, such as a board of investors or external advisors, where ideas are validated through clear, strategic plans rather than personal whims. Additionally, placing qualified professionals with relevant experience in leadership roles would ensure that the necessary expertise guides each area of the company. Being part of the family should not be the sole qualifier for decision-making authority.
There is undeniable talent and ambition here. With more objective leadership and a commitment to strategic planning, the company can move beyond its current limitations and truly begin to realize its vision.
