Pros
Good starter job if you are trying to learn about counseling and comorbidity. Lots of trainings via relias, HRSA approved site, PSLF loan approved site, merit increases yearly
Cons
They don't start you at a salary that you're worth. They change the job duties whenever they see fit and expect you to enact policies immediately and seamlessly. They claim to be client-centered, but in trying to stay relevant they cause more distress than not. They claimed to have a good work/life balance but you aren't given any sick time and can't use your PTO if you get sick. They are also unforgiving of life circumstances should you be late or need to take a day off when the shift starts at 5:30am M-F with a floating Saturday
