Allowed to have fired the best leader I have ever had then the supervisor then left. Now almost all leaders in access are gone including leads. My old leader help build a hospital, bragged about his staff all over the country and respected all of us. The entire department of 4 hospitals and 6 ERs has fell apart in less than three months. The director from Ensemble is useless. Dont even think he can log into Epic. Has no clue what my manager and what to do. HIS BOSS at least can register a patient. Almost all my coworkers will be using this as a platform to document things so others can stay away. We have had enough of our leaders leaving and if things are not immediately changes a lot of openings for reg go unfilled

Do not work here. Compensation sucks, either no annual pay increase or such a pathetic increase, you won’t even notice. Senior Management pays themselves really well, we never see any of them, there is no respect or appreciation or acknowledgment. Best Place to Work-what a joke
