      Pros

      Good compensation and benefits. Nice work environment. Fairly flat organization where you can shine and be recognized. Good growth opportunities; Roper likes acquisitions therefore there is always new challenging work to keep things interesting.

      Cons

      Some departments have high turnover which ends up effecting other areas negatively. No flexible work hours. We have been trying for years to move to a 10 hr days or any kinda flexible schedule to have a Friday off and no real reason is provided as to why it can’t be done. This effects our work/life balance very negatively.

      Strong leadership, industry leading businesses, management teams accountable to drive their business unit performance, overall financial performance, stock price performance.

      Cons

      Sometimes challenging to drive long term performance while meeting short goals. But this is the case in all companies that are publicly traded.
