Pros
interesting products, very client oriented very opened to foreigners. I had colleagues from everywhere (middle-east, africa, asia etc..)
Cons
very traditional (in the sense that, most of the employees come from the region, and the region is located in the middle of nowhere in Bavaria) Difficult to be promoted as someone not coming from the region. (not about race, its really about you coming from the region or not) Little promotion chances, since most positions are already filled and people rarely change (since they mostly come from there)
